The 2nd Biennial edition brought together over 200 delegates from 17 states. The inaugural 2-day conference organized in association with Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts (IGNCA) and Mumbai University Academy of Theatre and Arts. Inaugurated by Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, legendary actress Asha Parekh, and Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi. Valedictory address delivered by CBFC Chairman Prasoon Joshi.
